Gian Sagar Educational & Charitable Trust has been promoted by Sh. Harvinder Singh Bhangoo in the loving memory of his Late Grandfather Shri Gurdial Singh Bhangoo. The trust is being managed by medical professionals fully dedicated to undertake Human Resource Development Programmes through Educational, Health and Community Welfare activities by establishing schools, colleges, hospitals and Social Welfare Centers.
In order to fulfill its mission the trust has established many medical institutions. Gian Sagar College of Nursing is imparting training for GNM course and B.Sc. (Nursing) course. The GNM course is in its third year, and B.Sc. Nursing is in its second Year. The Post basic B.Sc. (Nursing) programme is in pipe line.
Gian Sagar Medical College and Gian Sagar Dental College have been granted permission by government as well as by Baba Farid University of Health Scinces.The second batch of MBBS will be admitted in this session.
Gian Sagar College of Physiotherapy has been granted affiliation by Baba Farid University of Health Scinces for admission to 50 seats for BPT courses.The second batch of BPT will be admitted in this session.
Gian Sagar College of Paramedical Scinces has been granted affiliation by Punjab Technical University for starting 3 Diploma courses and 1 B.Sc degree course from the current session.
Steps have been initiated to start Gian Sagar College of Pharmacy . We are actively involved in starting more institutions for providing technical education and vocational courses.
